噴油機作業(yè)和性能結構
噴油機作業(yè)時，房內由于引風機的作用而處于負壓狀態(tài)，保證了時的粉塵不會外瀉，維持了干凈整潔的外部環(huán)境。噴出后散落的丸料經由氣流回收系統(tǒng)被回收進儲料箱內，以備下一循環(huán)的供料。產生的粉塵則被吸入除塵系統(tǒng)的管道，經濾芯除塵器清理后，達到環(huán)保指標的廢氣被高空排放。
性能結構特點：整個室由工作室、系統(tǒng)、氣流回收模塊、照明系統(tǒng)、除塵系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)、人工呼吸防護系統(tǒng)等組成，噴油機工作室。
